Pause Brentwood is my favorite wellness experience & treat to myself! It is the most beautiful and calm space on the West Side. The contrast therapy is incredible for the mind & body. Also, being able to connect your own music to the sauna speakers has to be one of my favorite parts & a nice touch that feels unique to Pause! I love that next to every treatment there is a description of the benefits so you know exactly all the magic you’re receiving. The entire team there is also so lovely & helpful, making the experience even more peaceful. Love this studio! ❤️

Pause Brentwood was truly one of the most incredible wellness experiences I’ve ever experienced. We did contrast therapy and the led light bed and left feeling energized, rejuvenated, and calm. Our experience was incredible thanks to the wonderful staff at Brentwood pause and specifically the manager Ava. Pause is the top of the line in terms of a wellness experience, clean, equipment is new and in perfect condition. I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Everything you could want in all in once place and all extremely clean and beautifully designed! I will definitely be back and can’t thank the incredible team enough, truly a 10/10 experience and do not have any complaints. Pause Brentwood is a must if you want the best spa and wellness experience.

If you are looking to treat yourself to a high end sauna and coldplunge experience, this is the place to go. I have been in over 50 different saunas in my lifetime and nothing has come close to this one. Jumping in and out of the sauna and plunge was so great.

The facility was extremely clean which is expected from most places but isn't the case. This place actually was clean and is really what makes spending the money a no brainer.

Throughout my time at the spa, Max was attentive to every detail, making certain that I was comfortable and had everything I needed to fully unwind.

Beyond his genuine hospitality, Max’s dedication left a lasting impression. He arranged a personalized selection of amenities just for me. It’s rare to encounter someone so wholeheartedly invested in making a guest feel special, yet Max did so with such grace and authenticity.

Thanks to Max and the incredible team at this spa, I left not only relaxed but rejuvenated, with a renewed appreciation for the art of true hospitality. This experience has undoubtedly set a new standard, and I eagerly anticipate returning for another exceptional visit.

I love Pause especially this location! The team is so welcoming and helpful. They're always happy to help answer any questions you may have. The studio itself is always clean and well kept. I've tried almost everything from sauna, contrast, LED light bed, float, normatec boots and B-12 shots. The range of what they offer is great unlike a lot of other wellness studios. Contrast is always my go to! I always feel refreshed after any of my sessions Check out the Brentwood location! You won't regret it 🙂

Can't say enough good things about Pause Studios in general, and my neighborhood location in Brentwood specifically. The staff is always friendly, always helpful, and very knowledgable about all the modalities. The facility is very upscale, instantly relaxing, and impeccably maintained. Booking is so easy via the website and the new membership opportunities are great value for what you receive. The contrast therapy rooms (infrared sauna + cold plunge in a private suite) are a unique experience and, trust me, you will want to return on a regular basis once you've tried it!

WOW. my experience here was so incredible. I travel a lot for work and needed a relaxing morning, so I tried this place out and it did NOT disappoint. I did the cold plunge and sauna, and it truly made me feel like a new person. I needed it so much more than I realized.

not only was the service amazing, but Chonzie at the front desk was so warm and answered all of my questions in great detail. I could tell she was truly passionate about what she was saying. she also had the brightest personality and smile the whole time-it was contagious!

10/10 experience! so happy I found this place.

I had an amazing experience at Pause Brentwood. From the minute I walked in I felt taken care of. The float tank was so relaxing and healing and I loved the meditation music option. I also love that I didn’t feel rushed after floating. They give you ample time to transition out. I finished my day with a 10 minute red light therapy session. I walked out of Pause a different person than when I walked in. I loved it so much I signed up for a monthly membership. I highly recommend Pause!!
