If you know Mike then you know. Some employees are rude but some are nice. They don't treat you like your a criminal if you get your Suboxone like other places ..like neighborhood market in Paragould and Walden drug. Smh

I have been using the soo's pharmacies for over 10+ years.... always had wonderful customer service since just recently. My family and I are very committed to supporting small businesses. However, at the Parker road location I've been experiencing rude customer service from one of the female pharmacists. When you're not feeling well and all you want to do is pick up your prescriptions, the last thing you want is someone jumping down your throat with an incredibly bad attitude. It's called customer service for a reason and this particular girl lacks quality customer service. I'm not sure if me or my family will continue to use this particular store if this sorta thing contines.
