I have been with pain treatment centers of America in Hot Springs for over 3 years. My care team which consists of Dr Jain and Amanda Masters, they have been the best and always provided top notch care. They listen and provide what a patient needs, and I will continue to stay with them for Future Care. I was on many meds when I started there and so far with the care they have provided me I have been able to stop several medications. I would urge anybody looking for a Pain Management center to go to pain treatment centers of America like I said I'm at the hot springs office but I've been to the Conway office and their care team is just as good.

Dr. Jain was very kind, listened to all of my concerns and discussed my options. His staff was also very kind and helpful. I’ve never been to a pain clinic before and the experience was not what I expected. They have many options besides hard drugs or opioids. I will be having a nerve block soon.

It was an positive experience. EVERYONE from the front receptionist to the nurses to Dr. Sameer Jain were the BEST EVER. I admit I was a bit nervous cause I thought I might NOT be heard concerning my health needs vs. only what Dr. Jain thought I needed. I shared, he listened & I left feeling as if things might work out for the best for my health needs. I thank Dr. Jain & all his staff for making me feel at ease & confident things will hopefully work out to the best.

I have been with PTCOA since they started in Hot Springs or shortly after opening the office here. They have given me a better quality of life and Dr Jain is a great doctor. They care about their patients.

Dr Brown is a straight forward doctor. He is sympathetic as well as empathetic in his concern for his patients. I'm a 74 yo male that retired due to an accident in 1974.
Dr Brown is the best and will treat you the same

The care and treatment I received were both good. However, after being a patient for several years without incident, all of the sudden, I started getting messages that I had to do a random drug test. A few times, I can understand, but I was called 8 times in a 12 month period. If I lived near the clinic, it wouldn't have been as much of an issue. I live 80 miles away. My current job is hourly, so for every test, I lost a half day of pay, plus the gas to get there and back created a financial hardship for me. I was losing $100 for EACH random drug test. There is now a Pain doctor in my town who used to work for PTCOA, so that solves all of the issues I had at PTCOA. Any random drug tests I can now do before work or on my lunch break. The 2 mile trip is pretty easy to take.

The only issue I had was the initial wait time for my first visit. I waited 50 minutes before I was called back to a room. Dr was super nice, asked questions needed to find out what my issues were, & scheduled another appointment. Good initial visit.
