Terrible Experience!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this specialty pharmacy. They texted me to collect my information, including the gate code for my complex, and provided a delivery window of 12-5 pm on a specific weekday. I explicitly informed them that I would be unavailable until after 1 pm and made sure they would pass along the directions, including the gate code. Despite this, they called me not once, but EIGHT times in a span of just three minutes (using both 424 and 626 numbers). Keep in mind, this wasn't even during my delivery window either. I was in an important meeting where a ringing phone was highly unprofessional. The repeated calls bypassed my "Do Not Disturb" settings, forcing me to shut off my phone entirely. It was embarrassing and incredibly distracting.

I called them back at 12:06 pm, still early within the delivery window, only to be told that the delivery would have to wait until the next day. I asked if they could still try for today, and they said they would. Hours passed with no follow-up, so I called again, had to re-explain everything, and was promised delivery between 7-9 pm.

They never delivered.

I am extremely unhappy with the lack of professionalism, the wasted time, and the sheer inconvenience of this experience. I'd recommend finding another specialty pharmacy. In Long Beach, I've used Aviva before and it was significantly better than my experience with Owl.

Terrible service for a pharmacy. They needed more info from my Dr to fill my prescription. When my doctors office calls to give them info they are sent to a full voicemail box. When I called to tell them that they still transfer you to the full voicemail box. Just ridiculous!

I have been using owl pharmacy for about a year and they rarely deliver the medicine at the time frame they set up or it goes to a completely different address... Not happy with them ?

I am a medical doctor. They are fairly good getting medicine for Medi-Cal patients but they rarely pick up their phone to talk to me regarding problems so they have limited use for my purposes.

This is the worst specialty pharmacy I have dealt with. The main issues with this pharmacy are their lack of communication, disregard for the medication being sent, and outright lying. With regards to the communication, they let you know when the medication will be delivered but often times send it much earlier than scheduled or much later than scheduled. With regards to the packaging of medication, they package it in a thin bubble wrap bag, with a small piece of ice that melts into water by the time I receive it. And lastly they leave the medication at the door step without a signature or notifying that it was delivered, leading to the medication warming up. I have already communicated my problems with them but they do not care. Overall, they do not care about the medication or you’re well being.

The worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. Every pharmacy assistant should be fired for their incompetence. None of them can follow the simplest of directions. If you're doctor in this pharmacy, have them all fired and let the doctors run the entire pharmacy operations

First they didn’t bring me my medicine because they didn’t see I had a new prescription. Then they canceled for whatever reason, then they canceled again and blamed my doctor saying he emailed them to cancel my prescription. After calling my doctors office I found out my doctor NEVER emails the pharmacy only faxes and he did NOT cancel my medication and over two weeks are going by and my eczema is flaring like crazy and I’m miserable because they are having such a hard time delivering my medication. I still don’t have it but hopefully it will be here. It’s dupixent and I’m 90% sure they have delayed so much I need a new starting dose. ?

Twice now I have changed my plans so I can sit for 5 hrs out of my day for delivery and nobody shows up!! I asked them to leave the medication on my porch and depending on who you talk to they can’t leave it. They are closed on Saturdays so I can’t call but yet it’s set up for a Saturday delivery. So frustrating

They seemed to have worked out their communication skills and I’m very happy with the service
