I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in 2022. I didn't want to take medication for it and found OsteoStrong. At my dexa scan earlier this year my scores had improved.
I treat my OsteoStrong sessions as spa days that I recommend as they are pleasant and helpful!

I’m an orthopedic physical therapist and my bone density had kept dropping despite good diet/calcium/medications/very active. Just diagnosed with celiac disease which had severely reduced calcium absorption. As I want better bone density for long term health, I started OsteoStrong a year ago. Although my next bone density test is in a couple months, my overall strength with the OsteoStrong equipment has increased at least 50% with all machines. I’m fanatical about posture/ergonomics with my patients, and that’s one of the major reasons I have felt very safe using and recommending OsteoStrong as everyone is strictly supervised and corrected to use good alignment (I can’t help but check out how they work with other clients). They have consistently been highly accommodating when I’ve had to adjust my schedule and are all very kind and concerned. I will update this review after my next bone density testing, but overall strength gains have been great also!

I’ve been a member for nearly 2 years and can’t say enough about the place. My bone health has improved as evidenced by my latest DEXA. The staff are experts at positioning each client to ensure safety and efficacy. Each session coach is personable and professional. My balance has also improved since I started attending OsteoStrong. The sessions are quick and focused, which I appreciate. The soothing warmth of the hydro massage followed by my favorite BioCharger recipe adds to my day! Many kudos to Natasha and her staff for a consistently excellent experience

I’ve been coming to the Los Gatos Osteostrong for 6 months after 18 months at a different location, and it’s by far the best Osteostrong in the area. The people are awesome and very helpful, the exercises I am
doing are helping my back and improving my osteoporosis. I can’t recommend this Osteostrong more highly, everyone should be doing this for their bone and muscle health!

OsteoStrong is the best place for building your bones. The instructor gives you one on one training. All of the instructors are Great!
I have been going for 3 years and have had great results. I am moving back the dial of aging with osteoporosis.
