The Doctors are fine. The Optum app that is being pushed, is comical. The sign in process is faulty, asks me for my login information 4-5 times before it actually accepts it. The next time it tells me my login is invalid so I change the password to login and it says I don't have access to the portal.
The last time I had a phone conversation, I was told there would be an update for a referral with two days. 2 weeks later, I get a reply that my personal info has been updated. Still no reply on a referral and I can't even log in. It's 2025, WTF is going on with your app.
I will need to find another provider as this takes too much time out of my day to deal with. I'm 46, I can't even imagine the frustration or problems this could cause if I was 70. Don't bother replying to this Optum, I don't care what you have to say and I won't be calling you 1-800 number. Thank you very little.

I’ve had consistently bad service with this Optum location. My PCP, Dr. Ferreira, does not return calls to inform me of lab or other procedure results. The front office staff is apathetic. I even tried calling the patient relations specialist to no avail. I’m switching from this practice ASAP and do yourself a favor—stay away from here.

TERRIBLE!!! Absolutely zero communication, I had lab results a week ago and have yet to hear back. I have called several times and they keep saying they're messaging the doctor yet still no one replies. The doctors in Optum seem to all be the same, unprofessional What a waste!

While i thought I had good experiences with Doctor Herrera, unfortunately it ended on a sour note. Due to issues with office communication between doctor and PA and staff, I was incorrectly billed for a visit. Instead of making it right for an office error, the office waited four weeks to call me back and stated there was nothing they could do. They even tried to say that the Doctor agreed to bill me because I asked additional questions at a physical visit. Which is not true. I asked why I was receiving the wrong dosage of medication(another office error) so because I asked that, that is outside the scope of a physical and I’m being charged out of pocket. Terrible communication and patient support. Avoid going here at all costs.

Over a month to get my lab results. The assistant simply said that the provider hasn’t reviewed the results.

I’m an accountant and I work until 10pm 7 days a week preparing tax returns and getting my clients refunds. How in the world hasn’t doctor Falcon had time to check my lab results. We’re talking about health here, not a purchase refund!

I have messaged the “care team” 5 times, called the office, no response back. What do I need to do to get my results for God’s sake

Worst EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why would a medical facility even be allowed to have such a low score? Who and or what board of directors looks at this and does nothing about it? Why would any insurance co even use a medical facility like this? Everywhere they have referred both my wife and I all have the same low scores and reviews as they do. What is going on here? I don't pay any less for my insurance (more actually) so not sure why this would evolve into this. Ever since this place changed to Optum its the worst service out of any service co I deal with, any not just medical. First of all now its a minimum of a 3 week wait to see a doctor. If you settle for a NP its still two weeks. I used to get a blood test no problem now you have to wait for a Dr approval and its been two days and still no call back with appt. I called again and they have the nerve to act like this is normal the doctors have 72 hours to get back to you so she still has until tomorrow to call you back.... What?
I call to complain and was told this is normal and I should go on the portal (BTW the portal is harder to use than it should be) and write my DR a note. Obviously too many patience for this one building it should not take 3 weeks if you need to see your doctor nor should you be tossed aside waiting for something as simple as a blood test. This is so frustrating I've been dealing with this ever since they changed to Optum. There's no follow up, no surveys (I wonder why) and no one will call you back. I took my car in for body work last month and the insurance co was very responsive got back to me right away and thru them the Body Shop was all about making me happy, they made several calls to make sure I was informed and I was given a survey by the ins co and also by the shop. This is just a car not a human that needs assistance. Any way I've been going to this same facility for over 20 years and the last few have been Hell. I'm going to switch plans as i'm sure most feel the same. I'm not sure how anyone that works there can go to work everyday even remotely holding their heads high as it would be embarrassing for me to work at a company that has this low of a score and cares so little about the whole situation. I am going to change PCP soon. I see Orlanda Mirelia Ferreira, MD. The staff are rude. I asked the doctor for medical note and I do not have access to the App, it shows I am not part of the network so, I don’t see Optum as an option. The doctor said either mail it or pick it up in person (and diagnosed with Covid). I asked if it can be sent to my wife’s portal, said no. Then doctor asked if I have a fax machine… who in 2022 have a personal fax machine?
