Izze has such a great vibe, she definitely knows her knowledge of the products and can give Great feedback and show you what you are looking for very relatable to what you would like to buy. She has a great personality such a great smile and would be super upset. If she was not there. She’s such an awesome individual, hard worker and just all around a great person. I arrived here today, as before with my friend - My friend gave the front desk guard his identification, he was then told by the guard he was not allowed to buy at the store again. Never having done anything to warrant such a ban, he was completely puzzled, and embarrassed. Naturally he asked why, the guard told my friend “I don’t know” … He had no reason as to why. None. I then handed him my photo ID and without even looking at it he advised me I too cannot shop here. What is going on? We left without argue, but pondering how an establishment without reason can oust customers. I don’t know if this is a biased decision made by someone in management or a individual choice, but I venture to Ask One Plant if this is normal preferential practice by staff.

This girl was the cream of the crop. We called looking for a specific product, the store did not have it and instead of just hanging up she told my husband about another product that she thought might compare. That conversation sold us on One Plant, and then when we went in , there she was with that great smile of hers, and her knowledge of product was great and spot on for us.
She's a great fit for this store and should aim high always.
