I am here from out of town and came across Old Vine Tattoo when I was looking for a walk-in shop while I was in town. The work is so good and everyone is so friendly I have now been in 3 times. I have been working with Carlo, he is super personable, I feel like I'm just hanging out with an old friend while I'm there. He has also given the best recommendations of places to go in Sacramento while I'm here. Taylor is one of the other artists that's working while I'm there and they are also incredibly friendly and putting out stellar artwork as well. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for some solid, well thought out work and for the friendly atmosphere.

I’ve been going here since 2021 and I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences. Everytime I come in for a tattoo the shop is always clean and you’re able to watch your artist set up their table with sterilized equipment. My visions are always met with above and beyond artistry and kindness. The artist I go to is Jose and he always does an outstanding job. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or you want a permanent tattoo shop to keep coming back to!

About 3 years ago I randomly decided one day after work to get a tattoo and i walked right outside and there i saw Old Vine Tattoo, i legit worked at Verizon next door lol. When i walked in i immediately get greeted by the owner! He’s such a dope person, then i met w Carlo which is the one that did my piece! And he’s AMAZING! i told him i was gunna come back so he can finish adding things to my virgencita but it’s been tough. I till this day still haven’t added anything to her so hopefully this would be my chance!!!
