I love this independent Pharmacy. You can just walk in and the person to help you will likely be a pharmacist. Imagine that!

If it's not in stock, they will actually order what you need rather than send you on a wild goose chase to other locations, which is nice.

No need to sign up for harassing telemarketing calls and texts either, they just focus on serving you pharmacuticals.

Honestly, discovering this place really made me miss locally owned and purpose driven pharmacies everywhere.

I had the pleasure of using Ok'Care Pharmacy tonight! I met John Okoye and he was caring, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about not only my medication needs but suggests things I should take to help (not cure) with boosting my immune system while the COVID19 pandemic is occuring. I believe he also may be the owner? I'm not sure about that. My doctor had called in a script that we had previously had a hard time getting. I signed up for their service (registration is required to become a "client") and get text messages when my doctor called in new scripts. I called the pharmacy as soon as I got the text thinking I could get the prescriptions delivered, but seeing how late it already was, John obviously told me it would not be something he could do tonight. Which I totally understood, he only had about 45 minutes before he closed. I drove down and he was more than willing to fill my prescriptions right them and there and had my specialty medicine instock! Thats absolutely unheard of in my case where I've had major chains tell me it will take days upon days just to order them and I "might" get them in time. I had a nice little chat with John while he was filling my prescription and I felt like he cared, not like a CVS or Walgreens where you can barely speak to pharmacist and when you do, they are brief and barely give you enough information to make you feel like you walk out knowing much more than when you walked in. John was more than willing to suggest some other things I needed while in the pharmacy and I was beyond impressed with him. I've NEVER in my life encountered a pharmacist like him. I plan on transferring all of my speciality rxs to this pharmacy just based on the fact I felt like I was treated with respect - and in return - I treated him with the utmost respect because that's how people should interact. Especially when John knows what he's talking about when it comes to medication management. If John is not the owner, and the lender is reading this, I cannot thank you enough for the service I was provided last minute. You have no idea how stressed myself and my doctor were that I would have run out of much needed medication tonight to keep me comfortable. I will be transferring ALL of my medications to this pharmacy and I really suggest others sign up for their service and support this small independent pharmacy. Once again, John, thank you so much for treating me so much more than just a number picking up a prescription, but a human who has medical needs, your expertise on my supplements I should take really sold me on the fact that you are probably the most knowledgeable pharmacist I've ever spoken to. Thank you so much for treating me well, that's rare in pharmacies. If I could give more than 5 stars for this pharmacy I would. If you are in need of a speciality pharmacy, I highly suggest you start and sign up for Ok'Care Pharmacy immediately!

I was worried when I read the other opinions about the office so I am very happy to say I was treated friendly and professionally!! By employees and the doctors! I have lived in Vegas since 1966 and am very happy and satisfied with this office and believe me I have had my share of doctors locally. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends!!

John the pharmacist is very helpful and patient. He even delivers when needed. He always gets everything done quick with barely any wait time the longest ive ever waited was 8 minutes... in and out and completely stress fee.. so knowledgable, hes better than my dr.

update 5/17/18: John has been my pharmacist for 3 yrs. now, and he truly cares, he knows me and my illness better than my dr does. i still wouldnt use any other pharmacy hands down!

I have been with okay Pharmacy for years is very the staff are so friendly they are not rude like Walgreens and CVS you don't have to wait long no long lines friendly and professional and I would recommend people to go there is worth it recommend I pray that mr. John will be well soon and will see you soon

HOW DO I GET CORPORATE INVOLVED !!!! I called asking about a covid test , the lady had me on “ hold” for 3 mins whole time I could hear everything going on , once she finally comes to the phone she has an attitude , I simply ask her what the website was for the test and she catches an attitude and says “ omg I already told you it’s * the website * . I asked her why she was being rude all I did was ask a question and she said “ because I already told you what it was and your asking again” . I told her I would be reporting her for being rude and she told me she didn’t care cause she already had a long morning . She’s honestly lucky I didn’t get her name or I would’ve went up there myself .

The pharmacist here is great great service and never experienced a weight of more than 15 minutes I definitely will give this a five-star.

I have been going here for many years. The staff is extremely friendly. The prices beat many of the "big pharmacy" prices.
