As you can see from the company's response on mine and other reviews, they do not care for accountability and will stoop very low in their attepts to gaslight customers. This place was toxic to its customers and employees. i know this first hand and its unfortunate they choose to not simply do better. notice whenever they receive a 1 star review theres several 5 star ones in quick succession. This is by design and is a pathetic mask for what the real customer(internal and external) experience is. Do better.

I am a little late in writing this review, but I must say I had the best experience walking into the dispensary Yesenia was amazing from the moment I walked in. She greeted me, asked me if I have been here before and I let her know no I it's my first time I am just visiting, she let me know about the dispensary. Yesenia took the time to walk around with me and show me many options, she was extremely kind and patient. Whenever I am back, I will go just because the customer service was 1000% the options she recommended me were amazing as well! Thank you so much for everything Yesenia, you were A M A Z I N G.

I was met by a very rude female budtender after coming in for their misleading and eye catching 40% first time patient deal. She waited until very end of our transaction to explain that this deal only applies to customers that live within 5 miles which is absurd. I was disappointed by this and explained my frustration when the female became aggressive and rude because I was disappointed instead of trying to help me feel better she was super rude and unwelcoming. I ended up leaving empty handed because of this NEGATIVE/HORRIBLE experience.
