I decided to stop by nutrition zone for the first time today and I can say I'm very glad I did. I found Scott very informative and helpful. He was straight forward on what he thought would work for me and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I have shopped at gnc before but it doesn't compare to this. Was very satisfied with my customer service.

I've had nothing but great experiences since I started buying supplements here. Scott has always been attentive and straightforward whenever I had questions or asked for suggestions based on my goals. Some people don't know how to handle those with a blunt personality, so they misconstrue it as rude when he's just being 100% real.

Customer service could be a lot better, it used to be when Rob ran the place. The guy behind the counter now always has attitude and makes me not want to buy there. I've shopped there for years before, not any more, there's plenty of places to buy sups

Poor customer service! Called to ask if they carried a supplement and the employee completely failed at implementing interpersonal skills. He did know what I was talking about and instead of politely explaining they do not have what I was asking for he waited for my explanation and then hung up!

The guy was not helpful at all! Every time I asked a question his only response was “idk man everybody is different” and said it with an attitude. No greeting when I walked in either, after looking at all the other recent reviews I’m surprised they’re still in business.
