They are all about a human-forward, hands on approach to fitness. The smaller gym size allows for more personal attention and less of that “big box” gym feel. Lots of variety in the services too!

I’ve had a personal trainer at Nutriformance for about 25 years. Libby Fennewald is my current trainer and she is excellent. Not only is she keeping me physically fit, she’s helping me be sharper mentally. I truly enjoy my workouts!

I have gone to Nutriformance for over two years and can confidently say that it is one of the best gyms in St. Louis. It has all the equipment you could ask for in a clean and well designed space. It also has locker rooms complete with anything you would need. Let's be honest though, most gyms will have what you would need for whatever your fitness goals are, so why pick Nutriformance? The answer to that is simple. Unlike larger, national gyms, Nutriformace has a welcoming and encouraging community of both patrons and staff members that lead to a stellar experience. This is what makes the gym particularly unique. Not a day goes by where I am not discussing the latest book or movie I watched with a fellow gym goer or am joking with a trainer and the gym's owners (who, along with the trainers, have a wealth of great fitness advice). Whatever your goals are, Nutriformance provides all the resources as well as a great community of people united together by their love of fitness. That, in my opinion, is what makes Nutriformance so great.

Nutriformance is doing a great job of following all CDC guidelines and I feel completely safe when at the facility. All members of the Nutriformance team are very knowledgeable and professional. When I enter the gym, my temperature is taken, questions are asked about any possible symptoms or exposure. The number allowed in the gym is limited, hand sanitizer readily available and the facility is regularly cleaned and maintained.
Take advantage of a great massage team as well. Very professional & knowledgeable staff who will help maintain your well being.

Nutriformance provides a safe, clean environment for my fitness routine. They strictly follow guidelines to ensure social distancing and stay in accordance with mask policies. I have felt completely comfortable getting back into classes and using massage services. The small classes and professional staff make it easy to feel confident about getting back to the gym.

No question about it: Nutriformance is the very best gym - high quality and experienced trainers who genuinely care about their clients. I've tried a million virtual classes during this pandemic, but I keep coming back to Nutriformance because the instructors truly are the best in their field; they keep the classes fun, challenging and engaging. Time flies!
