I have never had issues with product until recently. I purchased 9 boxes of peanut butter protein bars which I love and have ordered them several times . My package sat on the FedEx truck for several days which caused all the bars to melt . I did pay extra for special packaging in the heat .I emailed the company and their response was put them in the refrigerator they will be fine which I did and they are not fine . I understand the heat is going to cause issues But it’s not my fault FedEx didn’t deliver on time. Very disappointed I will find another company to order from .

Capuchino 0 sugar, protein intake has a such a bad taste. Loaded with extreme strong sugary substitute and leaving 1" thick nasty muddy residue at the bottom of the cup, it was such a waste of money and such a disappointment. Hope they stop selling it. It is such a a rip off peoples money with this poor quality.

Located right next to my gym it's pretty convenient. I give them five stars just for their customer service I left my card there and the gentleman that worked there went out of his way to track me down and make sure I got it back. Very helpful
