Mental health system is not a health care system! The Mental Health System has no interest in listening to you and helping you re-integrate into society! Doctors just want to prescribe medication for the rest of your life with NO End in sight. The Staff is no different 🥹

People who senselessly flush state money down the toilet do nothing but pass on bureaucracy and paperwork missed my diagnoses when I came for a certificate, and there was nothing in the case of what I COMPLAINED AT EVERY MEETING, precisely because they did not help I stopped coming here, but what a surprise it was when I received the certificate and asked where the problems I complained about were, why they were not indicated in the certificate, they told me that they simply were not in the case. A disgusting place, I am sick of your stupidity. Even a simple visit here wastes my nerves.

The facility is clean and well maintained but other than that I would not recommend coming here. Every time i came in I left emotional, feeling triggered and uncared for. I was not informed my case manager left, my psych would tell me things like “10 antidepressants is not a lot” (i have treatment resistant depression) and ask me of side effects only to dismiss my reports. I got so pissed off and felt so unheard that i actually simply hung up on my doctor and decided i might as well just take care of myself because they do not care anyway. Did anyone contact me over a week later? No.

They don’t care. Fortunately i know how to take care of myself but I ended up abruptly coming off the prescribed meds and leaving the facility entirely because honestly i get better help from MYSELF. I tried to advocate for myself and it always went no where. i came in to pick up a letter of care that was already scheduled to just wait in the office for over 3 hours.

DO BETTER. Practice empathy and regard for human beings. it genuinely makes me sad to know how people are treated under the LA medicaid system. I will be leaving a poor review on my prescribing doctor, Dr. G. She needs to not be in that role. in this country you get what you pay for in healthcare. You all deserve better and i hope you get it because you matter.

Really crazy for the Mental health Doctors to sit there, trying to figure out what mental disease someone might have. What is wrong with you Doctors? That is very sad...... for these people to believe their Doctors. Mental medication is one of the worst Medicine 💊. Taking mental medication for many years was able to change the look of my face, and...... I have pictures of me to show people how sad that was.

Now I choose to NOT take any medication at all. I am So happy that I made that choice 2 years ago. Medicine taste so bitter, almost All medicine 💊 are made from chemical ingredients. These chemicals will affect the different Hormones, Our brain 🧠, and physical health everytime after we take medicine. These Hormones are very important for us to feel healthy and happy. We Do NOT have so many different kinds of disease. Those are all our emotions...... struggles and Learning, Not mental disease. Hopefully everyone will learn to help themselves and each other with Love and kindness.

Honestly I was expecting more of this place I been calling for more than 2 weeks and they never answer, therapy is once a month that is not enough and psychiatrist seems like he doesn’t care and only provides medicine that sends me to the ER, bad place wouldn’t recommend to anyone, I’m on the phone to stop services while I write this and it’s very sad that they can’t answer even though I call them every day it’s 8:15 there’s no way they have thousands of calls so early bad experience

. . . I visited this place having a rock on my shoulder walked in and encountered regular protocol from the security people there to which I was " offended" but rather just looking for a Chance to blow up literally. . !
But there was a Sheriff Officer there who quickly courteous and professionally deescalated the situation. ! !
Even when the Security had another go at me after having been seated for like 5 minutes Officer Gerra/Guerra stepped in again and took control of the situation not only that but emphatically and professionally engaged me as to wanting to know more about my issues genuinely concerned . ! !
I cannot say nothing bad about the staff there for they follow protocols and guidelines which a lot of times limits their concerns or empathy towards those visiting any and all like facilities . . !
But the obvious concern this particular professional Officer has went way beyond his position there and we need a lot more of his caliber needless to say he made me feel at ease so much more so that the professional staff there . ! !
And on that fact alone he has my Respect. ! !
And thank you all but more so thank you Officer Gerra . ! !

I talked to a Dr. Who really seemed disinterested and didn't keep his appointments.. this experience doesn't make me want to seek mental health professionals.. my fault for assuming doctors care for people..
Very discouraging place. If you need mental health care, avoid this place. And!... after I said I wanted to switch, complaining several times . Stating that I wanted to switch doctors, not wanting to talk to the doctor who made me feel uncomfortable and skipped appointments. That doctor calls me..I felt extremely uncomfortable. And that felt unprofessional... seriously making me very uneasy.
