I don’t normally leave reviews, however, I find it necessary to leave one now. The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Zero customer service, they never have medication in stock, the most unorganized place I’ve ever been to. You always have to go back multiple times to get your prescription, they say one thing and then do another. Do yourself a favor and go to Safeway or CVS.

I've been with this pharmacy for years, but will never use them again. My daughter needed penicilin, so we had the prescription sent to this pharmacy. I called them at 3:30pm after leaving the doctor to see if they recieved the prescription. They said they hadn't and to call back in a little while. I waited 20 mins and called back, they said they do have the prescription, but it will take them about an hour to fill it. We waited in town for an hour, and my husband went in at 5pm to see if it was ready. After waiting there for 20 mins they finally tell him they can't fill the prescription because they don't have it on hand. They will have to order it. We told them our daughters infection needs the medicine ASAP and she can't wait a few days for them to get it. So we ask to have the prescription tranferred to another pharmacy. They said they can do that, but we will have to call around and see what pharmacy has it first. So we do, we spend the next 45 minutes calling 5 different pharmacy until we finally found one that had the medicine in stock. So my husband gives this information to the employees at North Lake Medical, to which they say no, we will only transfer it if the pharmacy calls us directly and requests the transfer (it's now 5:57pm and they close in 3 minutes, luckily the other pharmacy is open until 9) I call the other pharmacy back and ask them to request the transfer, and they say absolutly, we will call them right now. I let my husband know, so he tells the lady at the coutner the other pharmacy will be calling any second. At this point the lady tells my husband, even if they do call, she's not going to transfer the presicription tonight. My husband then got very upset, and pleaded with them that our daughter really needs this tonight. They told him no and kicked him out of the store and told him not to return. They told him he could call in the morning and request the transfer.

I don't know what is wrong with these people that they are okay with a child suffering, her neck is so swollen with an infection it looks like she has a golf ball sticking out of it. Now we have to decide to go spend 5-6 hours at the ER to get another prescription sent out, which will be after hours for the other pharmacy anyways, or suffer through the night and hope her throat doesn't close up.

I will never trust this pharmacy again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I think most of the employees are very nice and work hard. I enjoy my interactions with them. My problem with this pharmacy is that it takes a long time for them to get your new prescriptions ready. There always seems to be a mistake. Today it was one prescription was sent to the other location. The billing for the Hill Rd location is not working for some insurance. So I am forced to wait another hour after waiting for the first prescription today. I am really tired of this.

It all started when Christine insisted I HAD to get my prescriptions mailed to me from my prescription provider. I advised her it was a schedule 2 drug so, no, I have to pick it up from a pharmacy. She has been incredibly rude to me since then.
When Christine is not there, I have no issues getting my medication. When Christine is there, the insurance doesn't go through or something about the prescription is written wrong.

I tend to get frustrated when I'm being told things that don't make sense and I ask a lot of questions to try and understand which is all part of my disability.

She talks over me, is dismissive, she literally scowls at me. I have left a few times in tears. I feel discriminated against and medicine shamed. I'm not drug seeking and I didn't ask for this medical condition.

So, do better Christine. You don't know what people are going through.

So frustrating….. right out of surgery I’m told they would have my medications ready in an hour, drive from Santa Rosa… get there only to be told it will me 45 minutes…. Come back in an hour, yep still not ready so I have to sit and wait with my incisions throbbing.

Fast forward to today, threw my back out so again in pain, literal pain. Told my medication would be ready in an hour, I gave them 4 hours, only one prescription was ready they said the other would be 45 minutes. I have them 4 more hours because I had to go to Ukiah, i rush back to make it before they close, and yes, it was still not done. So disappointing, especially since the last time I was in I watched people come in and have conversations with the staff and their prescriptions were done almost instantly while I was sitting the waiting.

I called today to pick up a prescription the doctor ordered they informed me that I could not pick it up unless I transfer all my prescriptions to their store I immediately called my doctor's office to report this. I don't think they have the right to withhold prescriptions from patients even though you don't fill all your prescriptions at that store I have a preferred store through wellcare which is CVS but, CVS cannot fill certain prescriptions. I was so upset today I called the doctor's office to report this, and also called FTC I filed a complaint.

Very knowledgeable but they keep letting me run out of meds. I take weekends and holidays into consideration when refilling my prescription. I call when I have five days left, the pharmacist says to call at 3 day,so I literally do both to make sure. I refill on the phone, verify and get promised a delivery by Friday. Well that came and went..now I am out of heart medicine . Tomorrow is a holiday. I take this med 2 times a day. Do they care? Obviously not and just because they're friendly or polite doesn't cut it.
So...is it the pharmacist that has a problem or is the delivery man keeping the meds until its convenient for him to deliver? Either way they're putting someone's life in jeopardy.
