Is not only the smartest receptionist but knows her job so well.
Mercedes is a wonderful masseuse. Always feel rejuvenated after a massage. I am so glad I found North County Wellness. They take good care of me!

Today was my first appointment. I had to wait a while to get it, but I decided to give it a try. I arrived 9 minutes late, and they said I would need to reschedule. I understood that; it wasn't the part that bothered me. What irritated me was the receptionist's rude tone when she said, You're supposed to be early on general to appointments anyway! And at the same time they have a sign that says not to arrive more than 5 minutes earlier to your appointment. Seems to me they don't want customers around!

Never have I ever been so satisfied with any other service. I was referred to North County Wellness by the VA for my neck and back. The acupuncture has actually opened up my range of motion in my neck and I couldn’t be happier. When I came in, I was actually kind of nervous because I hate the thought of needles. David, talked to me and educated me a little on the process a little bit and now they can’t stop me from coming back. At North County Wellness, you feel at home and relaxed. With unmatched professionalism and services, this is where you want to be. 100% 10/10 recommend.
