Alfred is excellent.. he is attentive to your concerns physically, and he is thorough. I have felt so much better with his treatment ( and I have had several masseuse therapists before that are not as good). Highly recommend him

Loved the experience there. I went for prenatal massage. It was very comforting and relaxing. He worked on mostly with the accupressure points and checked with me with the amount of pressure. The aromatherapy was also very nice and relaxing. I am definitely going back. BTW, the drive was very nice too.

Alfredo does amazing work. I had a 90 min massage. I am 3 months postpartum and I was experiencing a lot of shoulder and neck tension from nursing and carrying my baby. Alfredo was able to find the knots and work them out. I liked that he combined both stretching and massage to release tension.

He was very professional and kind. The studio was clean and the air conditioning felt great since it was about 90 degrees outside.

I was so pleased with the massage that I even bought a massage for my husband . I definitely recommend!

I have now had several massages at Plena Vita, and they have seriously improved my quality of life. I am recovering from injuries and surgeries, and after each massage, my pain lessens and my movement/flexibility improves. Alfredo is the best massage therapist I have had the pleasure of working with, and he is very skilled and professional. I highly recommend him!
