They really need to improve their communication. I texted them to inquire if they had a certain item and got a "yes" response. But when I went to the store, they do not have the item (and no, it was not out of stock; they just don't sell it). Basically wasted my time/energy.

If you are looking for Chinese herbs/medicine or certain specialty food items and happen to be nearby, they are ok (not great, not bad). But if you can get it online, just get it online; it's much easier.

I had covid and cough a lot, so I asked for herb to ease my cough. After they gave me the med, I ask a few question regarding side effects, guidelines because I was taking Advils. The lady (short hair) was meant and said that “if you have many question and so worried about it then don’t take it”. (In the rude way). I told her that I don’t know about it tans that was why I askedand your job was to help me, a covid patient, instead of pushing me away. Was that how a petient/customer be treated? She was saying something else and I said I would write a review for bad customer service and she said “go ahead” I think they should change the way they serve or else they will loose more customers

This place contains very knowledgable people ano know what they are selling, very large in selections of teas and products I can not explain, my family and I would drive to San Francisco for a.place like this, check it out , I'm sure you will not be disappointed.
