Dr. Tyler is a compassionate and knowledgeable Chiropractor. He gives a thorough evaluation, explains treatment, and sets expectations before any adjustments. He'll listen to your concerns, won’t rush treatment, and will recommend additional thermo or compression, depending on the severity of your condition. I was weary of going to another chiropractor due to past experience, but after seeing Dr. Tyler, I soon realized that not all chiros are the same. He has a great relationship with each patient, and you’ll know this by walking into the office and listening to how he speaks to his patients. Michaela, the front office manger, is friendly, sweet, and cares just as much as Dr. Tyler does with every patient that walks in. This is not a “crack and go” practice, it’s a place that cares about your healing journey.

Literally the best Chiropractor I've been to. I've seen 20+ Chiros over the past 20 years and they all kinda care enough to fix you, here, Tyler Holt at New Wave Chiropractic Center in Carlsbad CA utilized data and measurements like I've never seen with various tools and methods to custom tailor a plan to heal and support my body. XRay, nerve testing, another device I don't recall the name of, and all the standard physical evaluations were great. The staff was nice and welcoming, and the price was fair and correct. I'm looking forward to coming to New Wave Chiropractic Center for years.

I'm pregnant and had seen 2 different chiropractors before finally finding Dr Arielle and Dr Tyler. Man, what a difference. Not only do I not have my pain creep back up on me as the week goes by, but the adjustments are vastly different from what I'm used to! They are so gentle and take the time EACH APPOINTMENT to check to see where my body is at before making adjustments. The combination of muscle work with "classic chiro" adjustments is so incredible. Their equipment is top notch, their team is super friendly and fun, and their adjustments are gentle, effective, and lasting. Especially being pregnant, going to see Dr Arielle (who has been through this!) has been hugely impactful. This is my 3 pregnancy and despite having 2 young kids running around and hanging off of me, this has been my least uncomfortable pregnancy yet and I attribute a lot of that to this wonderful team. Don't wait. Go see them.

This is a very friendly office with a skilled chiropractor and modern equipment. However, due to the high cost of the treatment plan I was offered and the non-coverage of my Kaiser insurance plan, I was regretfully not able to continue with them.
