In wanting to try out reiki, I stumbled on New Moon Holistics and thought to give spinal energetics a try as eft and journaling alone were not as potent. My goal was to understand and release blockages in my heart chakra and attract love and opportunities. Raelyn really spent her time explaining the modalities she offers and personalized her recommendation to me, without trying to sell me anything. I really felt at ease and safe in her space and sharing my worries. It's been a few weeks and I've already done spinal energetics, spinal flow, and reiki. I have felt calmer after all the sessions and Raelyn spent the time to explain what she picked up on in my energy after the sessions. I have had some major realizations about some behaviors and past traumas. In my last reiki session, I literally shivered and cried, a past memory I didn't think I stored came to the surface and Raelyn made me feel so safe in speaking about it and releasing it. I even started noticing a difference in my reality, a man complimented me so passionately only a few days after our first session together. Raelyn is also treating my Dad in stage 4 cancer and is always so informative and resourceful as she's constantly learning. I also booked a massage session in 2 weeks and cannot wait!
