Front desk woman was loudly speaking to someone on phone (family?), Ignoring guests. The man who did my massage, I just got a really creepy vibe from him. Smelled strongly of cigarettes. Had animals in the spa too.

This is no frills massage place that has excellent therapists. As a long time massage therapist and spa owner, I have had tons of bodywork, and Jessica in particular gives an outstanding massage. Try the 30 minute foot massage/treatment followed by an hour table massage and you will feel incredible. Their prices are awesome too!
