Dr Rickson and staff are always kind, personable and welcoming. This was my first visit to this location but I was a previous patient with Dr Rickson when she was with another practice. I trust her and so appreciate her bedside manner; she is very thorough and gives you the time you need to be sure all your questions are answered and the information u derstood. I found the front desk and nurses to be very friendly. Dr. Rickson was amazing! She took her time with me. She asked questions. She actually listened to me. I am truly not happy with Dr Rickson, and I am in the process of switching doctors. Her nurse Karla and her nutrition expert Robin are both wonderful. I think that Dr Rickson is very knowledgeable. However, she does not listen to me as the patient. She disregards my input for my own health and treatment. She talks over me, which drives me crazy. Every time I have had an appointment, both in person or virtual, Dr Rickson spends between 6-10 minutes with me. I have a very complicated case and she charges an LOT of money for her time. I expect to get value for that service, and I am happy to pay for my appointment, but with her I am not receiving my moneys worth. She does not treat me as a person, she treats me as a statistic. And I would not have ever submitted a review, but this is the third text I have received from Orlando Health requesting one.

Dr. Rickson is the best endocrinologist I’ve ever had. She’s knowledgeable and explains everything to my understanding which I appreciate. She is concerned with my well being and it is evident in how she listens to me and involves me in my care. I highly recommend her!

The facility is very safe, clean and personnel well trained. The doctor’s waiting area is comfortable and clean. Wait time is minimal. Doctor’s assistant brings you into the Exam room and obtains all necessary information. Doctor is thorough and attentive to your questions and concerns. Office and personnel are highly skilled, personable and caring. Highly recommend this facility and doctor Rickson is great.

When I visited Dr. Neha Rickson office for first time, my diabetic was out of control for lack of the right diagnosis and treatment. Six months later, my diabetic and overall health is under control and stable, I lost over 30 lbs and feel great. Awesome doctor!
