I had issues with getting my referral sent over but these very friendly professional ladies made sure to help me so I could be seen that day and it was the end of the day so it all worked out great because of the help I got from NEA Baptist staff! I was very well taking care of that day! This was the first time going here and the staff made me feel so welcome and I got great care! I will definitely recommend this place.

I think it went fine my first nurse wasn't very friendly but liked my nurse practitioner the wait in the room seemed kinda long other then that no other complaints

Have to call to get service. But can’t never get them to answer. Needed to get a covid test and no one would answer the phone. I don’t see why we should have a urgent care because they’ve always turned me and my brother away for no reason and never answer the phone when needing to talk to them
