I made the mistake of going to Walmart first when this place was across the street. I saw beyond meat, veggie burritos, vitamins, tea etc and other healthy options for a quick dinner. And there was an awesome friendly pup who came over and hung out with me for a few.

The staff here is super friendly, and they have a large variety of items! I go here at least once a week! I live this store, they have pretty close to everything I need for my bath and body products!

Keep in mind this is clearlake and this store has been open since 1978!

One can find things to kvetch about...sure...but there are serious decently stocked tinctures of most major plant medicines, cell salts, Homeopathics(!) and most of what you want in a local health emergency which has natural remedies.

Be grateful, shop local. Yeah, it might be cheaper on Amazon. So what, bezos or local support...that is your choice.

At this store they do not accept return items
even with a receipt.
They do not care if you are satisfied with what you
bought.
I did not know that until my horrible experience yesterday in there.

The drink she recommended was SO OLD it tasted
only like the gross aluminum can taste that it was in...

Then she laid into me with her berating judgement and blamed me
for my "behavior"
while she commented negatively about me & judged my necklace (several times) & compared me to other people

-- rather than simply standing by her product!

I've never seen this employee before, she is not the
woman who is usually there--the owner.

So then I left and came back in with my receipt and asked if
I could return the full can of awful beverage.

and she yelled it AGAIN!

They lost my business forever over $1.80
