I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Dr. Kiernan is the kindest, most compassionate provider I’ve ever interacted with. She’s also incredible at her work- I came into the office in pain, and left feeling so much better. Pregnant moms- don’t underestimate the benefits of seeing Dr. Kiernan!

The entire staff is helpful and welcoming. The results I have after my first adjustment is absolutely amazing. I can pick up my 7 month old granddaughter without experience all the back and leg pain. I can’t wait to see the progress after each visit. I LOVE Natural State Health Center. ❤️

I am very pleased with Natural State Health Center. The approach is different than other chiropractic offices... in a GOOD way! The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Dawson was wonderful and took his time to explain the cause of my problem and the plan to correct it. I drive over 30 miles for my visits and it’s worth the drive. I highly recommend Natural State Health Center.
