I visited the Heber Springs office to obtain ear wax protectors and foam tips for my hearing aids. Jason gave them to me at no charge , and he was very helpful in showing me the proper way to clean my hearing aids. It's always a pleasure doing business with him as he is so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I am so grateful for the location in Heber Springs!

If you suspect hearing loss this is your place. They are great!!! Even walked in with a help question and they were super fast and helpful. 5 stars could be a 6. Overall great place.

I had a very positive experience with Natural Hearing testing and received my hearing aids after the paperwork was processed. The representatives were very thorough and professional in explaining my results. Glad my insurance covered most of the expense. Happy to receive them.
