Thank you Sabrina. My friends and I enjoyed meeting her at NHC. She was very helpful. NHC has a lot of inventory. Plenty of items to choose from. Edibles, pre-rolls, and plenty to dab. Looking for a new rig? No problem, they have that too. Their prices are very fair. Visit them when you’re in Morro Bay.

i went in a while ago and its an experience ill never forget, dorian helped me and started by asking if i knew someone which i thought was weird because thats a personal question, On one hand if dorian was ever friendly in any matter it would have been taken differently. He provided zero Clarity on the return policy, regardless of coming back the same day the manager also refused to assist with my faulty product. Advised to steer clear of this Facility and just move on to the next one

Went in this morning and they were offering a free bag of goodies with purchase of $50. Dorian pulled the stuff out of the goodie bag and was scanning it all. When I got back I noticed the edibles weren’t in my bag. I called and he said sorry they weren’t scanning so you don’t get them. No explanation in store or anything. That was not very good customer service. Very disappointed.

Sylvan offered excellent customer service on a day when I had such a bad head cold my brain couldn’t make its own decisions. She was very conscientious about finding me edible and drinkable products that weren’t full of tons of preservatives—still full of that sodium benzoate (a preservative linked to damage to DNA, hormone disruption and reduced fertility) and citric acid (a preservative made of mold from aspergellis niger), but no fault of NHC’s, until someone starts making more clean products—when I didn’t have my glasses to read. When I kept using the wrong card she was incredibly patient, even waiving the 20% tip I meant to leave her when she had to run my card herself because my brain just wasn’t working. I love shopping with Sylvan because I never feel I’m being upsold and I always trust the products she chooses.
