Today was my first time getting lip filler and wow the experience was AMAZING 🤩 Alex the manager recommended exactly what I was looking for. a natural look . Sarah and Amber were both so amazing made me feel very comfortable and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. Anytime I come to Naked I always get top notch customer service but today was even a better experience. Everyone made sure to take care of me and give me exactly what I wanted. I had a wonderful appointment with Faith for my first facial at NakedMD Med Spa in Chino Hills. I was greeted warmly with all the smiling faces and offered a water while I waited for my appointment, which was on schedule. Faith was very gentle and accommodating to make sure I was comfortable. The facial itself was very relaxing, and the products were amazing. I felt rejuvenated upon leaving and my skin was radiant. I am very pleased and look forward to my next appointment with Faith next month.

It was my first time at Naked and I had Ambar do a PRP microneedling w a sprinkle of Dysport afterwards on forehead. Med Spa was clean and beautiful esthetic. No nonsense about pricing or upsale and felt genuinely in good honest hands. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of accommodation and overall customer service! Good job! 👍

I am so sad to have to post this review for naked MD chino hills because I’ve always had good experiences in our Orange County locations.
My lip tech was very nice and all but she definitely is very inexperienced. I have bruised like never before, and I knew this would happen when I had blood dripping down my lips like crazy and I could literally taste the blood inside of my mouth the whole time. Add one point the syringe came in from the top and poked out of the bottom and it was extremely painful and the amount of blood I had squirting out of my lips was unreal.
The lip flip felt so pointless because she only gave me one quick poke on the top of my lip. I am so disappointed. Safe to say I’ll stick to OC providers or never come back to this tech again.

I went in for a consultation and possibly getting a procedure done. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the front desk receptionist. I felt less nervous and welcomed. My consultation went well they answered all my questions and concerns. I was going to get a lip flip to get my toes wet and see how I like it however , after telling them my concerns and what I wanted I ended up getting fillers and I don’t regret it! Tina did such an amazing job! I highly recommend you requesting her . Overall my experience was amazing and I can’t wait for my lips to heal in two weeks!!

I was a little frightened to get my lips done but Julienne made me feel at ease and even held my hand through the whole procedure. Tina has an amazing hand and told me everything she was doing along the way. The whole experience was amazing. Everyone was so kind. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this place. My lips look amazing very natural and not painful at all.
