Rude and unprofessional. Was called and belittled over a prescription that I didn’t even know was filled.. at a pharmacy I haven’t even used in 2 years. Turns out that my primary care sent it to them accidentally based off of some of my history. Very odd but irregardless I was unaware it was even sent there or that it had been waiting there… since 9/20/23… it’s October 5th. She would not give her name and I had to ask who the pharmacy was, what the prescription was and even the insurance coverage info because my primary pharmacy told me I couldn’t have it yet(now I know why). When this employee called she literally spoke to me as if she was a collection agency. My finance went down there and picked it up for me and they were also talked to very rudely. As soon as this employee was told the name.. this same employee replied “yeah” and never said another word. How unprofessional to be so uncourteous when you didn’t even give a courtesy call to begin with. My family has been using this pharmacy for generations and I love this pharmacy and had only stopped using them because I moved areas. I’m unsure as to what is going on there now.

I started using Murphy’s in 2019 during my cancer battle, and have been with them ever since, now for heart-related and psychiatric meds, and my experience has been great. They helped me sync my prescriptions so that I can get them all at the same time, they have my refills ready without me having to call first, they even reached out to my doctor when I was out of refills and then to me when my doctor refused to send them in to them without me seeing him first. When insurance has given me problems with PA’s and such, they’ve advised me on who should be doing what in the process and who I should contact to follow up to make sure I get my meds covered. Wish I could give my doctors or my insurance company comparable reviews, but in this world of broken healthcare it’s good to have at least one entity in the mix on your side and I definitely get that feeling from Murphy’s!

I'm getting scam calls about car insurance from this number. When I called back was told it's a residence. When I called them out when they called me and I called them back, I was hung up on. **if this is a real business, a reputable company, I'm not trying to hurt business, but you should know what your phone number and business name are being used for scams. If not, don't call me again and be smart enough not to use the real name of your business.

Very Cheerful Place & People, That's Including The Staff. Very Clean nothing out of Place. Fast Service. I Love When The Staff Remembers you & Greets you as you walk in. Highly Recommend This Pharmacy! They go Above and Beyond the Normal stuff.

If you are a chronic pain person STAY AWAY. This IS NOT the pharmacy for you. It doesn't matter if you do what your doctor says Jason doesn't agree. He thinks it's cute to write and "highlight" his opinion so that whoever you transfer to shares his opinion of you. I say keep searching for a pharmacy that RESPECTS you as a PERSON.
