Highly recommended!
The NP Ms. Nkanga is professional, caring, and a great listener. She listened to all my concerns and provided coping skills that has change my life! Her office atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. From her assistant to my appointment, everyone was so friendly and respectful. Such a great experience!

Mrs. Emem Nkanga is the most wonderful. She really cares and is very insightful when it comes to preference in medicine especially when it comes to long to health. I highly recommend her!

Not a professional appointment. First the NP had the tv on and Judge Judy was playing During my appointment?
Next she openly wanted details about the death of my two friends. She kept asking for more details about how they died.
The fragrance in the room was so strong I had to step outside because I felt sick.
The appointment was never completed.
She wrote a script for 15 days, a script that takes 4-8 weeks to be fulling in your system.
They will charge you $150 for 15 days of meds and require you to book another appointment for a refill.
RUN! DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN!!! SCAM FAKE AWFUL!!!!

I had an appointment today at 10:45 and after going back and fourth with them in the course of 6 calls they failed to provide me service at the time that I was scheduled. I spoke to Mark on the phone and he was respectful and did what he could so nothing against him but the overall lack of communication and organization from everyone I spoke with was bad. The very first call I did I asked to confirm about my co pay and I lady blew me off saying that someone else was going to check and call me back. My appointment was getting close and no one had called me so I followed up and was playing phone tag being told I was going to be called back, I had to call in every time. I logged on to the portal and was waiting for over 20 minutes when I called back into the office to let them know this was so unprofessional since the beginning and now I was not being attended at the time I had an appointment scheduled. I told Mark to cancel everything and to make sure no charges were made to my insurance since they did not provide my case any service. He assured me they weren't and then called back to apologize again and offer me another apt later. I told him no thanks I did not appreciate how they did not treat my case with importance and kept going back and fourth with me. Go somewhere else where they are more organized and have their scheduling in order. Do not recommend.
