Don’t bother. I placed an order online and got there just for the girl to tell me they don’t have a driver there for my order, it could be a few hours or might not show at all. Waited around for 4 HOURS, never received a call or text or anything from them that my order couldn’t be completed (still nothing) WASTE OF TIME!

I bought three black and mild cigars there, two jazz and one wine and ask for all plastic tips. He charged me $6.43. After I paid he handed them to me, and I gave him a dollar tip in his jar. Got home to find out two of them had wooden tips, and they were each $1.19 each. So they came to $3.57 before tax. I called them and told them they had overcharged me and he said that’s the way they come up in the system. And he thought he gave me all plastic tips. I told him he can’t charge me over what is marked on the product and he said he’d tell the owner. But they won’t reimburse me.
They have some nice things in there and I was going to go back and purchase a very expensive item that I had ask him the price of. But after they ripped me off I’m not going back. Oh, and one of the wooden tips is cracked. 🤦🏼‍♀️

The employee in the store didn't even want to help try to resolve the concern I brought to him. He told me "I don't own the store so my hands are tied." All while not looking at me and playing on his phone, which seemed to be more important. I've come here quite a few times and the staff is usually super cool and very welcoming. I understand we all have bad days but I was in the store for a minute because this guy did not care to help whatsoever. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

10/10 highly recommend. Went in to browse, shop was super clean, and the guy Mike who was working there was awesome. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and chill. Definitely going back for whatever I need. If you need anything ask for Mike if he’s working, honestly the best customer service I’ve ever received!

Horrible customer service, usually it’s great and the customer service is awesome. But I had an extremely rude and aggressive experience with the asian gentleman working. He was condescending rude and insulting. He went on a power trip and I will not be going back here again and will let others who I once told to come here the same thing. Do better on customer service and hiring. 1 star.

I had a great time. We stood and chatted for awhile, while he showed me the updated website ordering process. He even talked me into getting a new bong and bowlpiece as well. Overall amazing experience and a great functionality update on the website

Mike is awesome. He went over and beyond to help me with an product that involved inventory. I have had really good experiences with The Millenium but this was the Best! Thank you Mike!!!!
