The manager is racist. Every time I go in she don’t want to speak but I’ll watch her speak to other people (that aren’t black.) as I didn’t exist. thought maybe she was having a bad day but then every time I come in there she make it her business not to greet. Only time I feel welcome is when the young lady that works on Tuesdays if she is so friendly.

This is, by far, the best pharmacy I have ever encountered. I'm used to pharmacies that don't care about customers, fail to pick up the phone, and often have had issues with pharmacies that are unable to fill my prescriptions. Millbrook Pharmacy is different.

They have gone the extra mile in every single interaction I've had with them and truly have been an advocate for my care. They've gone above and beyond so many times, from calling my doctor's office to get a new prescription when my old pharmacy wouldn't pick up the phone, to regularly checking the availability of refills of a prescription (without reminders) during a drug shortage and offering ice packs for refrigerated medication. They're responsive, quick, and have the best customer service I've ever encountered in a pharmacy.

Their retail staff are also helpful and knowledgeable. I rarely write such positive reviews, but Millbrook Pharmacy is truly incredible. I strongly suggest them if you are in the area looking for a pharmacy.

My experience with most pharmacies has been terrible, so I am really glad to have discovered Millbrook (via my husband). The staff here are friendly, gracious, non-judgmental, and actually want to help you.
Today when I called about a prescription, the employee I spoke with offered additional ideas on how she could help--kindly and completely unprompted. They notify you when your prescriptions are ready, and when a medication is out of stock, they notify you as soon as new stock arrives. They reach out to your insurance company for you. They reach out to your doctor for you. They pick up the phone when it rings. They treat customers not only as human beings, but with respect.
I wish all pharmacies were as professional as Millbrook, but at this point I am more than happy to give this family-owned company my family's business, and recommend them to others.

The Millbrook team is responsive, prompt, caring, knowledgeable, personable and most helpful. Ive used Millbrook (aka Williams in the 80’s). 40 years of outstanding service for scripts, annual shots, OTC advice & through very serious illnesses-,they go the extra mile to assist with health care. 5 star plus! Best greeting card selection in town, great place for “pick up gift.” I highly recommend.

Like many others, I finally gave up on Walgreens and CVS several years ago! It was one frustrating mistake and screw up after another at both pharmacies. I called Millbrook out of frustration and talked to Jennifer who was the epitomy of excellent customer service and helpfulness. I was instantly hooked and have been going to Millbrook exclusively for about 3 years now! I'm not sure why it took me so long to write a review, other than the fact that I don't normally write reviews. Jennifer and Matt are both wonderful, as is Rhonda (the front end manager)! I have never had a problem with any employee and would recommend that you look no further! They all provide personalized service and are truly the BEST!

Love Millbrook; Rhonda is wonderful, cheerful and always welcoming! Pharmacy is great; if you need a vaccine, best ever. Barely ever a pinch. If there is something I need and it’s not in stock, it’s delivered the next day from Ladue location. Wonderful toy selection, as well as adult gifts. Why go to Walgreens or CVS? Support a local family business. And did I mention a post office with stamps, ability to mail packages?
