I tried to use this pharmacy for a compounded medication yesterday. Within 24 hours, three pharmacists and one technician offered multiple and contradictory information about it. I called to ensure my prescription arrived this morning and was told it had not. Two hours later, just before writing this review, I received a call from a girl at Meta Pharmacy. She asked me to pay for the medication over the phone before I picked it up. Last-minute changes like this are unacceptable. I should have been notified of their payment guidelines before instructing my doctor to send my prescription to Meta Pharmacy. Now, there will be a 2-3 days delay, which is singularly the fault of Meta Pharmacy.

When you have immediate doubts about dealing with someone or something, you should trust your instincts and move on. So I am, and so I did.

AMENDMENT UNDER META PHARMACY'S REPLY
If you want to justify what your staff did and said, then so be it. But we all know that my doctor sent in one prescription, Meta misplaced it, and now you're trying your best to deflect and place the blame elsewhere.

My wife and I have been customers of Meta Pharmacy for several years. They are always very polite, professional and they offer delivery. The delivery option is such an amazing service since we live 45 minutes away from them. Or medicine needs to stay cold so they package it in a bubble padded envelope with an ice pack inside of it with the medicine and then send it out to us for only an extra $5 delivery fee. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs specialty medication.

Some of these reviews are crazy. I've getting prescriptions filled here for Years now via Sculpted Belle and it's literally always ready next day for pickup. I go in and give My ID and receive product. It was a little difficult finding the place because there isn't a big sign but that's about it.

My doctor uses this company for my compounded semaglutide. I have found this location to be warm and welcoming. The staff is very nice and took the time to answer all of my concerns pertaining to my medication. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

By far, the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas. I started using Meta after my prior pharmacy closed, and initially I had high hopes. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My first order was delayed 6 days and I was told it was because it took the pharmacist that long to calculate the dose. I found that hard to believe but I let it slide as it was the first fill. The second refill was 5 days late because the pharmacy closed for 2 days for cleaning, but didn't bother to let me know this was a monthly occurrence and would cause delays. Finally, I filled a third prescription last week and when I tried to use it on Sunday the product was so damaged that it was unusable. I returned the prescription to Meta today to ask that it be remade, the pharm tech at the desk, Essen, treated me as if it were MY fault their process wasn't done correctly. Further, he acted as if I had created some inconvenience for them and even started talking over me to another client to dismiss me.

In the end, Meta Pharmacy has terrible inefficient processes, and except for the young female tech and one other male tech, the customer service is horrible and not worth the effort you have to put in to get your meds. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Make sure you update your card on file or they won’t fill your order. They said they tried to return my call and text when I was out of town but I didn’t receive any voicemails or texts. Zach on the phone was way kinder than the initial man I finally connected with regarding when I could expect my medication to be filled.
