I have been a customer of Medico for several years now. Initially I was attracted by the pricing. That remains competitive. What I really appreciate about this company is the excellent customer service. Tim Brown has been my delivery man for several years and he goes out of the way to give me excellent customer service. The area manager Craig also has done a great job for me whenever I needed to talk to him about my contract or adjusting my orders. But I think what is particularly impressive is that my location is way off the beaten track, but Tim always manages to get my linens delivered even if it involves some tricky backing up and turning around.

Alberto and Ricardo are very reliable and trustworthy. Alberto has been delivering sheets to Avida Center Acupuncture since 2010. I worked in another office that used another linen company and Medico Linen definitely has the best quality sheets and they make sure you have an adequate number of sheets.
