Wow! A pharmacy that cared about me? It's unheard of. I walked into Medcenta for the first time two days ago with a difficult prescription. It was held up in the system. Paul helped me get through the maze of insurance to get the prescription, save me money, and Medcenta even took a hit on the price! Why? I was a stranger. They must actually care. I'm so impressed at the professionalism and the good will I had to write about it.

I am currently taking a popular
medication that is super hard to find and keep in stock. When I came across Medcenta, Paul was super helpful and kind and was able to help me out. While the pharmacy is not local to me and in months following, I have found the medication elsewhere, Medcenta and Paul are so personal and great - I now go there for all

I started working with Paul and Robert last year at MedCenta Pharmacy for all my needs. I was at Rite Aide across the street and a lady in a very long line told me about MedCenta across the way. I started using them and never looked back. They always make me feel like I am part of the family making all their customers feel like they are priority! I have witnessed them go above and beyond to assist you with your prescriptions and dealing with the Doctors and insurance. They are always there to answer questions and offer guidance. If you are looking for a more personal relationship instead of just being a number, i highly recommend paying them a visit. You will be very happy.

I happened upon MedCenta Pharmacy while trying to track down a hard to find medication. They were the only pharmacy around that was able to fill my prescription. Paul and Robert are wonderful. Great neighborhood pharmacy near Woodland Hills area, located in West Hills! Very friendly and helpful staff, and Robert is always a pleasure to speak with when needing my scripts filled. This pharmacy is like the old days of local ones in your neighborhood, where they offered better overall service compared to the large chains. I would prefer supporting a small local business whenever possible. They are worth the switch from the typical pharmacies!
