The new owner, Bonny, has really done an excellent job. The arrangement we ordered was perfect, and the price was more than fair. I didn't get a chance to stop by the shop until a couple weeks afterward, and was pleasantly surprised when I did. Really neat little shop with tons of cool gifts, clothing, and crafty stuff. Highly recommend.

Although I don't live in Arkansas, I've used this flower shop many times when I send flowers to relatives and friends in McCrory and Augusta. They delivered beautiful arrangements to my mother at the Woodruff County Health Center. I also rely on this shop when I want to send thank you and birthday flowers, or just to brighten someone's day. The flowers are always beautiful, fresh, and delivered on time. The owner is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this A+++++ business!

I can say the owner needs to have better customer service and put their customer's satisfaction as a priority. I ordered a plant to be delivered to the funeral home from me and my coworkers. It didn't get delivered. It had to be sent to one of the family members home and when it was delivered the wrong size plant was delivered. The first lady that took order was very sweet but when I had to speak to the owner about the issue let's just say she needs a class in customer service. I won't ever do business with them again.

Eva ALWAYS has the prettiest flowers and neatest gifts!!! I can buy in town and don't have to make the trip to searcy or somewhere. Prices are good and she usually has a sale on something. Couldn't ask for more. The staff is always friendly and helpful too.

I am not so romantic but today is my 12 year anniversary so yesterday I decided to have roses delivered to my wife as a sutprise.so I went by this flower shop and ordered my roses and had a talk with the girl that was taking down my info.she asked where she'd be delivering them too.I told her chapel oaks she said ok there is a 4.50 delivery charge in town.I said that's fine.she asked what apartment,and I told her c-13.she said is the ones on the left ot right.I said its the first two story buildings on the right.first door on the left bottom.I asked what time they would be delivered.she said we usually deliver between 1 and 1:30.I said great,I was about to tell you if you could do it around one that'd be great because my wife is a late sleeper.so everything was set so I payed her and left.ok today I took off work to be with my wife on our anniversary.1:00 rolls around and nothing,1:30 rolls around and nothing.so at 1:35 my wife takes our dog for a walk so I call them while she's gone. and before I can tell them anything more than my name she says yes she just left here about 10 or 15 minutes ago and she's probably dropping them off now.so thinking shell be here any second I say ok.finally at 2:03 I get a call in front of my wife and its a lady from the shop asking for my wife.I tell her I'm her husband and she wants to know again which building it is.so I have to explain again in front of my wife.when I get off the phone my wife wants to know who's looking for her and why?so I had to tell her which ruint the whole surprise.my wife has to go outside in the breezeway and get the flowers because the lady is still looking for our door.as doon as she leaves I call the shop and talk to the store owner and she apologized to me and ask me what she could do to make it right and I said what can you do?she said I can give you the money back for the flowers.I said that will work.she said you paid with a credit card and I said no I paid with cash and I have the receipt in my wallet.she said ok if you have the receipt,bring it up here and I'll refund your money.so I take the receipt up there about 15 mins later.when I go in the shop a lady ask are you chris?I said yes.she says chris I've talked to the lady that delivered them and she said your wife was happy and we thought we were supposed to deliver yours to Augusta so we had to call him and apologize to him.but Chris we did a good job for you.I could see where this was going so I say are you lady I just talked to on the phone?she says,I'm the owner.I ask are you the lady I just talk to on the phone that said she'd give me my money back?she says yes and after talking the lady who delivered the flowers and hearing your wife was so happy and since she was on time I just can't give your money back.I said she was not on time,y'all told me between 1 and 1:30 and she made it at 2:05 after calling me in front of my wife asking for directions again.I said its my 12 year anniversary and I dt do this every and wanted it to be a surprise and she says well I'm sorry its not job to surprise your wife,we always call before we deliver to make sure someone is home.I said when I called up here and ask if you'll forgot me,you told me she should be delivering them now because she just left 10 to 15 minutes ago and no one had called me then.and when the lady did call she never asked if anyone is home,she wanted directions again.she said well we did a good job for you and that's it.I said this is sorry.she said yeah there's another flower shop down the road.I said yes and I wish I had went there instead.she said i guess take me to small claims.i said I can't believe there are people that are this low down and she says I tell you what,my door is right there and you need to leave.I said I will but this is sorry and I'm gonna tell everybody I kW.she said go ahead I dt care.I said yeah I know cause if you did you would've made this right like you said you would and I left cussing.so I just wanna say this lady who owns it,doesn't care about doing what is right or what she's says shell do
