Their hours are wrong. They are always leaving and closing early before 1. This is also the only urgent care my insurance is contracted with. Inconvenient organization only open 7-12? Doesn’t seem urgent to me. “Due to a high volume of patients, hours may be shortened” how does this make any sense? Wouldn’t you want to serve more patients and stay open longer if there are more patients?

This is one of the worst medical facilities there is. Some days they close early or aren't even open because there isn't a provider available to work. I don't know how many times my medications weren't sent over correctly or weren't sent at all. And you cannot call this place. Would not recommend, unfortunately you're better off going to Rideout Hospital's Emergency Room if you can't just schedule with your Primary Care Provider/Regular Doctor.

The season I put 2 for stars, it because the receptionist in the urgent care department, are unpolite and unprofessional. Everytime the Doctor's assistant takes us to the room and pretent that she cares about my son's concerns, she ask my son what was the reason to be seen today, she totally ignore him while he is showing her where it hurst, she ignore him and continued writing in her laptop. I tell her again where that my son say that it hurts and she did the same. What the heck she is ask my son what is the reason you are been seen, if she going to ignore him. That's everytime I came to this urgent care.
Plus I fell like they make fun of my son, health. He is been sick for couple days, fever came on go, he suffer for allergies is been a crazy weather. And just because he doesn't have fever while he is the urgent care room, he took motrin about 5 hours before we went to urgentcare. Doesn't mean that he is good. The nurse assistant why I didn't make and appointment with his primary Dr. Or took him to the hospital. I told her because they don't open until 8:30Am and they will seen him about two or three weeks if we are lucky. and urgent care opens at 7:00Am plus the hospital it will take me almost the a day to be seen. Freaky question but that's what she say and for more freakyness Dr. Juanita said that he doesn't have allegies because at the moment there were no symptoms, plus if he fell bad just take to the hospital or make and appointment to his primary Dr. To get blood texted ?🤥 ...... He is been having horrible headaches the pain is in his forehead plus his has mocus, he fells weak and has diarrea. And they give him only excuse for two hours of school that he is okay to go back to school. As soon we came home we trow up. And the fever is went up.....Dr. Juanita Loius she always was very good with my son concerns and health problems. She was very understanding. Now don't know what happened. Hope that she doesn't change. Because is amazing at her work. And
Dr Glenn Palmbaum he is always been so is understanding, listening to my son's health problems.

I have had really bad experiences here in the past with a certain doctor that used to work here. Recently I had to come in and had a pleasant experience. The doctor was great and actually listened to what i was telling him. (which is very rare to come across with doctors these days) He didn't make me feel like he was rushing the visit just to move on to the next patient. He was quick but also attentive, took his time and asked me questions. He treated me like an adult with kindness and respect. Dr Joseph is the best and I highly recommend seeing him if you have to stop in here!

The place was so clean. We delt with 4 different workers and all were so friendly, nice and helpful. We did get there just after they opened at 7:05am cause I didn't want to wait long so I could get them to class. We were 3rd in line and were seen before I finishedthe paperwork. Dr Glenn was beyond amazing helpful he listened to my kids asked them questions and tested their bodies order the right xrays and blood test and within a week HE called us and went over all that information. I'd definitely go back we haven't had such care for our kids in years and it was something we weren't use to.

The person who saw my boyfriend (I say person because the man was in the room for less than five min, didn't introduce himself and had his back to us almost the whole time) barely looked at his arm said it was scabies went to leave, we stopped him & asked about our 7 mo baby he said no it's fine not really contagious then leaves. I took our daughter to her pediatrician who said one only does she need to be treated but so does everyone in the house.

Nothing it weekend okay at First Lady up front was nice and all the nurses were nice but then once I was seen the doctor was rude and said he couldn't help and didn't know what was wrong did not even look at me much less talk to me for more than 5 seconds. also they were not busy and so its not like he had anything else to do absolutely ridiculouse!

I'm giving a 3 star rating because the staff is nice. And I had a couple doctors who were kind. My last visit, the nurse or MA didn't listen ro my request when taking my vitals. I asked for a larger blood pressure cuff. My veins are small and are more constricted when using smaller cuffs on my arms. So much so that my readings are in hypertension levels. With a larger cuff, I get accurate readings. She wouldn't listen and fed me some bs that a smaller cuff will give me better readings.

The doctor, when she came in, was nice. But didn't listen when I mentioned my nausea and did not seem to care that I work around food and was going to allow me to work around the food that day. Long story short, I threw up the next morning and couldn't leave my bed.
