Honestly the doctors are fine and in person the staff are nice but it is next to impossible to get ahold of anyone unless you show up in person I have called so many times on multiple occasions and never get an answer. No returned calls. One time a guy answered and told me to call back later. And then guess what They didn’t answer! It’s frustrating enough to wait on the VA but on top of that I can never get ahold of the medical practice the VA assigned me to.

Dr Rainbow Chung-ou is the best MD I've ever had the pleasure of being cared for by. she's easy to talk to, polite, very professional. She is the MD for myself, and my son. my son absolutely loves her. All of the nurses are very friendly, professional, and good at what they do. the environment is very comfortable and professional.

Plz no one visit this dr or dr office horrible experience !! You should keep on going to give samples of blood and urine again and again they will not even send to lab when you follow up they will excess saying inadequate samples !! This is very genius experience!!
