I am in my 70s and I want to give a rave review for Cassale at Marin Weight Loss Clinic. She helped me enormously integrate good nutrition with taking time to sit in the sun and just be. I needed to bring it down a notch! Finding new ways to get protein in my diet and reduce carbohydrates was very helpful. I was not concerned about losing weight, but wanted to increase muscle mass. Her approach was always gentle, but very effective; and weight loss occurred naturally. After only a few weeks, I felt so much better!
