Rexall Drug is a well known store from back in the day. It’s part pharmacy, part gift shop, part local artisan store, part kids gift store and a lot lot more. Even with all the different types of products in the store it is laid out well and has space for customers to walk comfortably. There are great Los Osos souvenirs and t shirts. Lots of holiday wares are dispersed throughout the store on different tables. There are so many great gift options. I would also recommend if you’re buying a gift for a younger child they’ve got lots of good toys and books on the back left of the store. Also there’s local ice cream points in the back to take home as well. Great selection of chocolates by the register as well.

Los Osos Rexall never disappoints! Service is excellent (always professional and friendly), never a wait to pick up prescriptions, and Jason just couldn’t be more helpful. Many wonderful and varied gifts, can always find something special.

These people are awesome! I came to purchase either a cane or rubber tips for a cane. They had a cane that was turned in by a previous customer, they said it was free. It was exactly like the cane that I was about to purchase. They truly care about their customers!

Jason noticed an interaction warning that is new between some of my wife's meds. This allowed her to discuss with her doc and avoid problems. He is the best pharmacist around.

This is the kind of drugstore I remember. Someone greets you right away, eager to help, but also wonderful gifts and treats and cards and whatever else you need. This is where I send my son and my husband to buy me gifts. All around the best pharmacy on the Central Coast. After I had my first experience here 2 years ago I switched all our prescription needs to this Pharmacy even though I live in Morro Bay. Huge Plus Play gift wrap for free right while you wait! Absolutely the best pharmacy ever! This is a traditional, family-owned pharmacy -- offering a congenial atmosphere and much better service and prices than at corporate pharmacies. Jason, owner and head pharmacist, goes out of his way to help clients, listening to their concerns and supplying accurate, detailed information. The staff is similarly exceptionally friendly and helpful. Delivers, too. Los Osos Rexall makes a real contribution to the community!

Gorgeous shop. Found a purse and earrings within the first 5 minutes for my Mama. Nabbed a sweet little plush dinosaur for my best friends baby. The proprietor threw in some gourmet chocolates to enjoy. They gift wrapped everything so beautifully too. On the house. Great staff. Great experience.
