I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this medical office.

I have done ultrasounds here three times. Each time they’ve given me contradictory test results about my specific medical condition. They even refused to provide my ultrasound images once because there was a chance for their misdiagnosis!

Every time I leave this facility I’m disappointed. Just today, my bladder seemed not be full and the tech just spent 2 mins to examine me. My appointment with my doctor was in an hour and they could’ve asked me to wait to examine me better. My doctor in my appointment told me images are not clear. So they have just wasted two appointments for me without giving me clarity about my medical condition. Very very disappointing.

Highly disorganized and incompetent medical center. My wife used them 11 years ago. Over the last 6 months they have been sending me reminders that I have an upcoming appointment. I'm a 55 yo man. I called them to alert them of this and after a 1 hour call they were not able to find the problem. Today, I got call from a fertility clinic saying Los Olivos reached out to them and asked them to schedule me for reproductive services. Beware of working with such a disorganized company.

I had a disappointing experience with this OB-GYN office. From my first visit and a few communications over the phone and message app, I felt a lack of empathy and understanding toward my concerns. The Doctors/staff was consistently impatient with my questions, which left me feeling more stressed than cared for. I felt dismissed instead of listened to, and their approach to patient care lacked the compassion one would expect from a healthcare provider. Additionally, the staff’s overall behavior didn’t help, making each interaction uncomfortable. I’ve decided to switch providers, as my mental well-being and feeling genuinely cared for are important to me. I would not recommend this office to anyone who values thoughtful, compassionate care.

Very positive experience with Dr. Miller at Los Olivos, starting with an unfortunate missed miscarriage resulting in a D&C, followed by supporting me end-to-end through a healthy pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Dr. Miller was empathetic, thorough, and helpful explaining things every step of the way.

It can sometimes be difficult getting someone on the phone, but the team is very responsive via messages sent through the online portal, and staff in person is always helpful and friendly.

Dr. Rosenberg was excellent! He is professional, pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, and comforting. I appreciate how quickly I got in and out of my appointment given that I have to return to work after. I had seen a negative review on Google and I’m puzzled to what that was about. Everything was wonderful with my visit and this doctor surpassed my expectations. Dr. Rosenberg was able to address the reason for my appointment and my concerns. I’m glad I found Dr. Rosenberg and I am happy to continue coming to him for my medical care. His staff was also wonderful as well!

I’ve been going to this clinic for over four years and have loved my experience with their staff. Dr. Ladwig-Panousis is an exceptional provider who really takes her time in appointments. I came to Los Olivos from an IVF clinic and was beyond nervous as a first time mom. She quickly made me feel at ease and assured me that she would take care of me. She even made the delivery of my second child when she wasn’t even the on-call doctor that day.

The rest of the staff at Los Olivos is kind, thorough, and knowledgeable!

Probably fine medical care. But when coming to decide between this or midwives, the doctor came in and just said "Hey I see you saw a midwives group, gonna need you to choose me or the midwives because I'm gonna have to schedule you over my lunch period"

Every visit we have goes smooth and fast yet not rush. We love Dr. Miller. She shows compassion, she lets me express any concerns. Shes fully thorough on the entire process of my pregnancy. She shows excitement for us and makes me feel at ease with how organize she explains each step of the way! The front staff is super friendly! Never had an issue with scheduling or checking in. Always on time never waiting around. Great communication via my health app. Overall 10/10
