Prior to visiting, I had shoulder and knee issues from sports and lived with the discomfort.

After a couple sessions with Brandon, I can say that I've never felt better running and playing volleyball now. Brandon has been extremely informative in helping me understand the recovery and strengthening process. He aligned with my goal to get back onto the courts and worked with me to get there.

I have been seeing Dr Taylor for the past few years. As a group fitness instructor who teaches some demanding formats, I frequently need her services to "put me back together" so I can continue doing my thing. I like that she spends a lot of time on muscle work prior to making adjustments.
I feel like she really listens to me and is thoughtful in her approach to my treatment.
I also highly recommend her massage therapist Brandon, for stand-alone appointments and also prep work before chiropractic appointments.

Dr. Moore is absolutely incredible at what she does. She is so attentive to her clients and is prompt to follow-up about previous adjustments and any discomfort from session to session.

I started seeing her for chronic headaches that were really affecting my quality of life. I’ve been working with Dr. Moore and Dr. Rico for almost two years for a chronic neck injury I’ve had that’s caused TMJ pain. My neck keeps getting stronger and now I’ve been able to exercise again after being injured since 2017.

I had initially been hesitant about seeing a chiropractor as I didn’t know much about the profession. However after I tried a lot of different modalities that didn’t work, a friend recommended Los Altos family chiropractic. I hit some plateaus but in general my injury improved the most working with Los Altos family chiropractic.

Both Dr. Moore and Dr. Rico are fantastic . Susan, who works the front desk, is always kind and helpful. I’ve never had any issues with scheduling or billing. I can’t recommend them enough.

My family loves Los Altos Family Chiropractic! I started going here when I was in my third trimester and they made me feel like family immediately. I was so well taken care of in that important season of my life. Now, I bring my husband and son, and referred my sister too! Dr. Taylor is attentive, so friendly, and really good at her work. We always leave feeling better and equipped to keep caring for our bodies. Sammie does amazing prep work before the adjustment so you know your body will respond well. Robin at the front desk is incredibly gracious and kind and always makes us feel welcome. We love them so much that even though we moved to the East Bay we drive 45 min for appointments, and we always look forward to them!

The rates are so great for the quality of service and they've helped us work through some tricky insurance things (the problem is with our insurance, not the doctor's office!).

Plus, they've handled COVID well and we feel really safe in the (beautifully designed) office.

We've been to many chiropractors over the years and Los Altos is our absolute favorite!
