Avoid this clinic completely. I was there for my annual physical exam, and received $1200+ bill afterwards when I expect it to be preventive care only. They charge you insane amount for office visit if you answer questions like “Do you have any concerns/ anything you want me to know?”. There will be no reminder that it will become extra office charge if you answer anything, and it doesn’t matter if they just simply give you *verbal suggestions. Do not be fooled by this. They will make note about it and use it to against you. They also have untrained doctors who’s not capable of conducting the preventive care like pap smear, they will ask you to schedule a new appointment and then charge you for office visit twice. I so regret coming to this office thinking it’s closer, my previous primary care doctor was so much better in terms of clearness, capability and transparency. I would never ever visit this clinic again.

No in person experience there yet. I spoke to Myra on the phone and asked a bunch of questions I needed answering and she was so patient and helpful! There was another time I called, and whoever I spoke to was not very nice. Hoping for a good in person experience

Such bad customer service its ridiculous. 2 Providers cancelled my appointments in the last month without rescheduling options. You can never reach their front desk via phone and the central scheduling team may as well be a chatbot.

The other bad reviews are absolutely spot on. The customer service is horrendous. I am down with flu and instead of compassion, I experienced blatant RACISM, obnoxious and horrible attitude from the front desk staff TERESA G. Infact, when i initially asked her what he name was. She responded with " Why do you want my name for?" I even wonder of she has given me her real name. Her ID card pinned the other way so it didn't even show her name! How does Sutter Health not see the google/yelp reviews abt this location. One person can be wrong of customer service, not so many. Its sad in this day and age to experience this discrimination.
