I’ve been coming to doctor Mena for over a year now. I came to him for my chronic knee pain. I was going to have knee surgery but was afraid of an unsuccessful outcome. Dr. Mena gave me alternative options to avoid the surgery and it worked! No surgery for me 😃. My knee feels stronger than ever almost no pain. I’m so happy I found him. The entire staff is very caring. I have been recommending him to all my friends.

About every month I come to Dr. Mena for Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and is great help for my baseball training. I always perform a lot better after I receive OMT from Dr. Mena. I have not gotten any injuries since coming to see him (and I used to get a lot). I ultimately recommend all athletes or anyone to come see him.

I have been coming to Dr. Mena for at least 5 years now. I feel he truly listens to me and I don't feel rushed like he only has 15 minutes with you and has to make a diagnosis. I am comfortable that for every ailment I am not prescribed a pill but a natural way of getting better. His staff is very caring and professional. As long as I live in Southern California Dr. Mena will continue to be my doctor.
