This place is much more than your typical hardware store! Great selection of tools and hardware. They custom mix Benjamin Moore paint (the best paint in my opinion) and can match any color on site while you wait. The knowledgeable staff is always welcoming the second you walk in and if they don't have it, they will order it for you. This store also has a high tech knife sharpener that measures the angle of your blade and duplicates it razor sharp. Thanks for the great service Tommy!

Stopped in to see if they could help me change the battery in the fob for my car, not only did the associate locate the battery quickly she also helped me change it at no additional charge. Ordered a safe food bucket to smoke a turkey they notified me through email that my pick up was ready upon walking in was greeted by an employee told him I had a online purchase and he took me straight to the side to get my purchase signed a paper got my receipt and was on my way it was timely and efficient also every employee there greeted me leaving to have a good day good customer service skills store is well maintained and clean they are also very Informative about anything in the store if you have questions, thank you all.

For starters I would not give any business to them ever again. Myself and 2 other gentleman where standing on the sidewalk, not in front of the store not doing anything roudy, no drinking nothing just shooting the bull, owner comes out says we have to move, what the owner does not know is the sidewalk is public, we where not being loud and he comes over and starts in on us that we have to move, very rude and just obnoxious. Again we where just standing talking I think he needs to be schooled older gentlemen please go to home Depot don't give them your business.

Came in today with my fiance needing a part to a studio light fixed. Rae helped me out and she has before, always providing outstanding customer service. She identified the issue, went to the back of house and had José help her saw off a piece of the broken bolt. Then helped re assemble the item with sturdier parts. It was beyond helpful, and when I go back to that Ace Hardware store I’m looking for Rae and José for any questions or concerns I have. Great job!!
