The candlelight dinner was awesome with my uncle ! thank you to the kitchen staff for some good food, thank you to Joey my uncle's assistant, not sure exactly what his title is, if he's an RN or a CNA , it doesn't matter he was awesome! checked on us several times throughout my visit to make sure everything was good and stood there and had lots of one-on-one good conversation with us! these patients are definitely getting personalized around the clock care ! my uncle smelled clean and looked great!! thank you so much to the staff, they've been awesome with my uncle's long-term care and believe me my uncle is not easy to take care of! they do a great job there! My family can't thank you guys more and to see Shirley working there was awesome too she took care of my brother's father before he passed away so that was a bonus love you Shirley..

Came to visit my Grandmother and during checking in, the staff greeted me and assisted me in the check in process. The staff is very friendly, polite and professional. They answer all questions and provide updates and information without being asked. Glad we chose this facility for my Grandmother.

The actual staff are great but the new check-in is something I don’t mind getting my picture taken and a badge to wear for safety of knowing who is coming and going in the facility but I did not like the fact that I had to leave a phone number. I don’t understand that part of it. The staff were kind and helpful.

The administration is rude and never on time to the meetings they set up. It’s happened on multiple occasions. I take time out of my busy schedule to be there on time and they always have some sort of excuse as to why they’re late. They definitely need to be inspected by the state.
The staff also has been very negligent to my dad and they never check up on him like they’re supposed too. I’ve been in the room with him when he hit the call light and the nurse showed up 30 min later. We’ve put in multiple complaints about the staff and nothing has changed.

I really appreciate and respect the Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists at the Lompoc Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They know their stuff and they know how to use it in their practice. As important, they take the time to get to know their patients so they can use skills to help them get back to functioning.

It has been 2 yrs since I have been visiting my uncle in D3a and since then l might have had one or two issues with the facility but they were not major concerns and were taken care of in a timely manner. This place is the BEST thing that could have happened to my uncle considering where he came from. Staff are helpful and l could not say anything bad about the girls in the activity center, they are the best.

1st day here,made my husband safe comfortable,and me to,nice nurses,took care of someone in here 9 yrs ago,saw same nurse's,glad their happy in their job
