I called on Sunday afternoon at around 5:30 pm, and the receptionist who answered the phone was very kind and offered different times that may work for me. When I walked into my appt time, I was happily greeted by the receptionist who helped my sign-in process go smoothly. The nurse and doctor were polite and ensured I got the best care. Dr. Partridge, I believe is his name, made sure to offer detailed guidance and care. Unfortunately, I didn’t get everyone’s names but they were all skilled and knowledgeable!

Make an appointment for urgent care for severe back pain and can barely walk. Appt at 1120. Get there at 1100. Get called in can barely walk, sitting in pain for 40 minutes and no one comes in room. Leave to front desk to tell them been waiting for 40 minutes to see doc, I need to leave to ER to get help. Ok I’ll let them know? That’s all I get? I better not get a bill, pretty bad when I am in so much pain have an appointment and have to leave to get help and no one cares enough to say wait hold on. Some BS

From the moment I walked in till the moment I left I felt that I was going to be taken care of. The Doctor and CNA treated me well and professionally. Got me all sutured up and cleaned my wounds. Thank you for helping me while I was away from home.

One of the women who answered the phone was rude for no reason when I was inquiring about possibly going to them because of the need of a prescription. Told me it’s not an emergency to her which I assume it was because it was almost her weekend so she said wait until Monday.

I have never heard of having to make an appointment for urgent care. I need a psychic to ask them when I’ll be sick I guess. They didn’t have any appointments available so I guess I’m SOL

Had a great experience recently at this clinic. I was expecting a long wait when I showed up without appointment for an urgent care matter but was very pleasantly surprised when I was called to a room within just a few minutes. I figured I was going to wait again for a doctor but again, pleasantly surprised. I was quickly and efficiently treated and was back on my way within about 25 minutes. This was at 3pm on a Monday so kudos!!

My husband was told to call in the morning and make an appointment. Why do they say come to them instead of the ER if they’re not going to treat you?!
