If you ever end up here and need further testing at the main hospital, DO NOT take an ambulance!! I was told it was a "courtesy service" between hospitals, and I would not be charged for the service. Well, guess what? A year later, I'm still battling an ambulance bill. They say I owe them $344.02 for the .08 mile ride. They charged my insurance company over $900 for this less than 1 mile ride, and now expect me to pay what my insurance won't cover. I'm NOT paying this bill. It can sit in collections, based on principle alone!! I was told that if I didn't take the ambulance, I would have to sit in the hospital waiting room and start all over to see a doctor. The ride would get me in the back door and avoid all of that hassle. The most frustrating part, is the driver or whoever put in the paperwork (literally insurance fraud) told my insurance company they gave me "life saving" services during the ride. 🤬 do better Loma Linda!

The care at the hospital was good. There was no privacy though. It was also lucky that they were open. HOWEVER, most places x-rays cost around $300 without insurance, $500 is on the expensive side. I should have looked at the prices, but they want to charge $3000 for an ankle x-ray! I'm all for paying medical staff fairly, but this does not seem fair. I will be applying for financial aid, and seeing what else I can do, but I wish I had looked at the other reviews first because the hospitals billing policies are not worth the services provided. You're better walking on broken leg!

If you want to waste your time definitely stop by this facility. I showed up with the bleeding burned skin and was suffering from pain and I’ve been waiting at least 4 hours and guess what they were keeping me in a back of the queue - I could not wait any longer and left. Thank you for your great urgent care service! Those four hours is a great reminder to never see you again!

Horrible, Terrible place. I went here just once, even after hearing very negative about the place, out of desperation. My urine bag was leaking. I was taken in timely manner. But nurse did horrible job installing new bag, it started leaking in 3 days. Normally bag lasts for 3-4 weeks. RNN did not demonstrate caring attitude.

This hospital absolutely sucks I got into a car crash ( I’m fine no blood just wanted to check me out) but when I went in I got my x rays and ct scan nothing broken so the nurse told us we where waiting for a doctors release and they said it would take 45 minutes so 3 hours and 45 minutes later I’m sitting there waiting they cut all my clothes off and left me in the room I mean I had blankets but still. So for that time for me waiting, I had to pee. I peed in this little cup. The nurse came in and took it and left it outside of my room on the floor for more than an hour. Nobody told me they were running urine and blood test. They only told me three hours and 45 minutes after they said I will be out of there in 45 And after all that they lost my wallet it’s just gone

Great experience went today 8/19 around 1am and was out at 230am. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. The doctor took care of me with excellent medication that helped ease the pain. In addition, I was amazed with all the medications I was prescribed to ensure a prompt recovery. Most urgent care or even ER don't even put the effort. This place by far my best experience.

SCAM URGENT CARE - updated warning with pictures.
Just like everyone else says - the bill is insane. They disclose that you get 2 bills - one from the hospital and 1 from the physician. What they DON'T disclose is that the hospital will bill you $2,000 - supposedly a flat rate just for walking in to receive care and not at all based on actual services received.
Once you receive your bill - ALWAYS call the billing department and ask for an itemized bill. Question. every. line.

Update: not all insurance is billed equally. I have PPO and my husband has Kaiser. They billed us differently for our identical visit. We were seeing by the same nurses and physicians. See updated bill. This is why healthcare is a scam. Not all patients are billed equally for services.

Husbands insurance was billed $1k for "Emergency Services," insurance paid some, wrote some off, and he was left with a $15 copay.

My insurance was billed DOUBLE - $2k for the same "Emergency Services." Insurance paid some, and I was left with a 1.5k bill.

After calling the billing department for my bill, the rep explained this is apparently a standard flat rate for the ER (which I know now is inaccurate). I asked for an explanation as it's extremely misleading to have a sign that reads "NOT AN EMERGENCY ROOM" while subsequently billing "Emergency Room" to insurance. Sounds like an insurance scam to me, but I digress.

The billing lady (who was extremely polite & understanding) explained advanced urgent care means they have the ability to do things such as x-rays, ultrasounds etc. that a normal urgent care cannot do. While I understand that - I'm struggling with how they can legally get away with their billing. I explained my issue and frustration and she said they could do a one time courtesy adjustment. Thank goodness.

(I also removed my situation about what led to the visit as that's no longer relevant to my rating).

I went in on a weekday morning for a finger that swelled up and there was a little pain. They did some blood work and took X-rays of it. I had an infection and was prescribed antibiotics. Overall the staff was nice and took care of me. I was there 2+ hours not too bad. The antibiotics cleared everything up and my finger is back to normal. No complaints.
