I had a procedure yesterday on Oct 10 at Meridian LLU Dermatology Center. I was very scared. I arrived and was taken care of by Daisy for the pre procedure care. She put me to ease immediately. Dr Elsensohn and her assistant were so calm and caring made this so smoothe and easy. These are very caring professonals. I am so happy and fortunate to receive my care through LLUMC system.

Front desk staff is curt and they make you verify ALL of your information every time you call even if it’s for a quick question or when you check in for your appointment. I didn’t have the greatest experience with my doctor so I’ll be going to another office. Loma Linda may have been good at one point, but I didn’t have that experience.

I thought I was done with this horrible unprofessional place but I guess I was wrong. I had a appt with them in November for a biopsy. I had waited months for that appt and even asked for the day off to be there . I would also like to mention that it was a hour drive for me. As soon as I got to the facility I was checked in rather quickly and I thought it would be a pretty straight forward process. I was completely wrong . The provider who saw me “K.Smith” was unprofessional. As soon as she walked in she stated she did not want to be at work because of was the day after Halloween. I just laughed it off because quite frankly I didn’t care . I just wanted to get my work done and leave . Remember I came in for a biopsy !!!! Well unfortunately that wasn’t done and I was in and out of that place in less than 5 min. I had told the provider my concerns and how skin cancer runs in my family, I’ve been in pain for months and still am and how important this biopsy was for me. She asked to see the area that was hurting and simply said “your skin is dry.” Gave me 3 tiny rubes of lotion and said I needed to see a neurologist. I was beyond upset because not only did she NOT listen to my concerns but I had wasted a day of work and drove a hour all for what? $1 worth of lotion ? The experience was so horrible I even spoke to the supervisor who said I wouldn’t be billed . I thought that was the end of this horrible place but I was wrong . Fast forward 4 months later I get a call from the billing department saying I owe $39.93 for my visit with the dermatologist. I immediately tired to dispute it but was told that since technically I was “seen” that’s what the bill was for .I would also like to add that the supervisor did offer me the option to see someone else in this facility but for what ? So my time could be wasted again ? This whole place is a absolute joke save your time and money and just go elsewhere. Theyre lucky we aren’t allowed to give the option of negative stars otherwise I would’ve have. 0 STARS

i had this appointment for a month and a half in advance. it took 40 minutes to get there and 40 back. arrived and was told they need a letter of approval from my insurance despite already having an authorization letter. you would think they would have this sorted before the patient comes in. i’m disabled and this was a huge waste of my time.

They are extremely organized. I had a very good experience with them. Dr. Dao is upbeat, professional
and positive. I felt my rare condition was explained well. There is a young lady Doctor finishing her internship that I dealt with the most and my gosh. What a highly educated, bedside mannered amazing person she is. I can’t recall her name sadly. I am from a town that lacks good doctors. I was hesitant to drive the 35 miles each way but it was well worth it. Thank you!!! I highly recommend this team. I have a sense of relief and care now.
