One thing that concerned me when I moved was leaving my outstanding medical group and I'm grateful to have found Loma Linda. In every department I've been met with friendly, professional staff. And my referrals are processed lightening fast. I live in the a desert city 50 miles away from Loma Linda which has three hospitals and all are places to go to die. I choose LL despite the distance because I had a gut feeling I'd be happy. Thank you Loma Linda for proving me right.

Over rated!
High turn over of primary doctors - needed find another doctor after another. Under the care of 3 primary doctors in 1 enrollment year... and this quarter, have to find another one again.
Not good at all.
Poor communication/coordination.
Doesn't respond on a timely manner to pharmacy question. Replies back after 4 days but issues doesn't get resolved. Over due to switch provider... Redlands Community Hospital is still and remains to be a patient-centered hospital of choice.

I am very disappointed that the doctors office called me and told me that I would have to do a video appt for my cough. I asked how a doctor is going to listen to my lungs over video? This is why the urgent cares and ER's are so full. How about doctors actually be doctors instead of forcing patients into UC or ER? I thought masks work for everything Terrible service today. Very disappointed.

The clinic is basic in medical needs. Availability to be seen by your primary doctor is limited. Recently, nurses spoke to me regarding setting up an appointment and when I called back to check if it was still available they told scheduling they didn’t remember speaking to me.

All doctors, nurses, and clerks that I've come across were very professional and extremely helpful.
I would've given a 5 star but I'm looking for a hematologist that specializes in sickle cell anemia but apparently there was only one but she switched hospitals so now I still haven't found anyone after 6 months of being new to the area.

WORST MEDICAL GROUP, THEY DONT PROCESS AUTHORIZATIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER, THEY DENY SERVICE WITH NO VALID MEDICAL REASON, JOYCE THE UM SUPERVISOR AND JACKIE THE CASE MANAGER LIE AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO THE UHC, JACKIE IS DISCRIMINATING TO PATIENTS SHE THINKS SHE IS A DOCTOR AND DENIES SERVICES THAT SHOULD BE RENDERED. LOMA LINDA PATIENT RELATIONS WILL NOT CALL BACK THEY ARE USELESS AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING WHEN A COMPLAINT IS FILED. LLMG VIOLATES THEIR CONTRACTS WITH MAOR INSURANCE COMPANIES. THEY DO NOT ALLOW CONTINEUITY OF CARE AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE PATIENTS CARE.
